When sending images to be printed, please ensure you have the permission of the 'owner' ie the person who took the photo!!  We will assume all images sent have prior consent and we will not be held responsible for any copyright issues.

Suitable image formats include jpg, gif, tif, .eps, .pdf, psd or png.

Please note that your image may need to be cropped to fit the shape of some items, it is always best when sending an image that it has sufficient 'background' and the main models are in the center.  Should we have problems with the image we will notify you. 

We will NOT print anything with pop stars, disney characters or any other copyrighted images which have been obviously downloaded from the internet or other sources, you will be emailed for clarification, please do not be offended by this, we are only trying to keep it legal!  We take copyright seriously and any images we use we have permission for.

Whilst all items are available and correct at time of print there is times where items may vary slightly than that described, if there is any major changes we will notify you on receipt of order.  However, we do try keep the web site updated daily but at times our suppliers may change products without notice!

When sending images please send images as large as possible to enable a better quality end result!  If an image is not suitable, we will contact you, again, dont be offended and think your image is 'naff', we want to ensure that you get the best quality gift possible and that includes the print! If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us!

Returns are only possible if the item is faulty or mis-spelled by us, notification of fault must be sent to us within 5 days.  All items on our site are described as per our suppliers description of the item.  We do not believe in 'credit notes', if we make a mistake we will either replace or refund - we wont hold you to ransom with a credit note, we want you to buy from us because you want to, not because you have to!

If an item arrives damaged by post, please notify us and keep packaging so that we can replace your item once refunded by Royal Mail.  Any claims made to Royal Mail must be accompanied by damaged items and packaging!!  Sorry, Royal Mail regulations!
