Return Policy. ..Personalised Products sold through this website are made to order. We can only accept returns if products are faulty, or if we have made an error.

Uploading your pics

Most image formats (including jpeg, gif and png) can be used.


Please make sure your images look ok at the required size. We can resize your image, but take no responsibility if the quality suffers.


Alternatively, you can send us a pdf file or word document.


Photos can even be posted to us & returned with your gifts, just contact us for address details.


By uploading your image or file to our server, you are stating that you own the copyright to the image or file, and that we have permission to use the image or file for the purposes of completing your order. We accept no responsibility for copyright issues concerning images uploaded by our customers.


Once your image has been used to complete your order, it will be deleted from our server, and any other computers used.


If we have any problems using your image or file, we will contact you.


If you have any problems or queries about the image you wish to use, please contact us.

To ensure there are no delays with your order and also to ensure you get the best quality possible from your personalised gifts please follow these guidelines for choosing and sending photos to us.

If you are unsure about the quality of the photo you are sending us then please contact us. We'll gladly check it and let you know if the photo is suitable asap.

Quality

We use a very high quality, professional photo printer to ensure excellent end results. The better the quality of the photo you send us, the better your finished personalised item will be. If the photo you send us is blurred, faded, scratched or of poor quality then your personalised item will reflect this.


What can't we print!

We will not knowingly print images covered by copyright, or are libelous or slanderous messages or racist comments. We take copyright very serviously - please dont ask us to print actors/actresses/pop stars etc as we won't without appropriate licence.

While we take all possible care to reproduce and describe items accurately in some cases slight variations of colour in actual goods may occur due to photographic limitations.
